By downloading or using any of my ("Hielke," "Map Creator," "I") Minecraft maps, you are agreeing to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("ToS"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not proceed with downloading or using my maps.

1. License

   By downloading or using the maps, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the maps for personal, non-commercial purposes within the Minecraft game.

2. Ownership

   All maps created by Hielke are the intellectual property of the Map Creator. You acknowledge that no ownership rights are transferred to you through the use of the maps.

3. Restrictions

   You agree not to:

   1. Modify, distribute, sublicense, sell, lease, or otherwise exploit the maps for any commercial purpose without my express written consent;
   2. Remove, modify, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained in or on the maps;
   3. Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the maps or any part thereof;
   4. Create derivative works based on the maps without my express written consent;

4. Support

   While I strive to provide a bug-free experience, please note that I do not guarantee the maps to be free of bugs or errors. If you encounter any bugs or issues, please contact me at [email protected], and I will do my best to address and fix them in a timely manner.

5. Modifications

   I reserve the right to modify or discontinue the maps, or any part thereof, at any time without prior notice or liability.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

   The Maps are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. I disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
